![]() | Thx Ossie, I will add your suggestions and check back in with you in a couple of days. |
![]() | Hi, campgirl. I ran an analysis of what you eat, and it comes up short on many nutrients, including basic vitamins, as well as very short energy (this may explain why you lost so much weight so quickly). Is this the level at which you at on Weight Watchers, or did you also eat less than what you were allotted? Other than a chance of rebound weight gain, I’m concerned about the basic nutrition. The following are recommended minimum additions: |

![]() | Hi, Campgirl. It’s great that you aren’t hungry and are going with your hunger cues. Our concern is just that your nutritional needs will be met and that your metabolism will stay up – and of course, that you can maintain whatever eating habits are associated with your weight loss. |
![]() | Ossie, I am also a newbie. I see you answered Mrmago0784 to eat all the food. My question is, I get full fast, and stay full long. I have NOT been eating all my meals as it is in the menu, it is just to much food in one day for me. What do you suggest? I started a wk ago and have lost weight. I have lost 5lbs in the first week just eating certain foods each day from the menu, but not all. I tried to eat all my dinner from the menu a few nights ago and was so full it made me feel bad all evening (physically bad)PLEAS HELP 🙂 |
![]() | Hi, Mrmag0784. Yes, the intention is for you to eat all of those items. Are you sure it said one can of fruit? If it is canned in water, then the maximum is one cup (if it is in syrup, then 1/2 cup). The intention is for the ”snack” to be more of a small meal. |
![]() | Still a newbie….my question is this…..do I need to follow the daily menu exactly? . By that I mean…what’s listed as say snack #1…do I have to eat all the food/quantity that’s listed for that snack?…for example…6 rices cakes1 egg, and 1 can drained fruit….do I have to eat those 3 items at the same time?.. |
