![]() | Hi, zuselton. Whatever you want. If it is a free vegetable, it just means you don’t have to pay as close attention to the portions. Whatever gets you to eat more vegetables – go with that 🙂 |
![]() | Hi, slebeltoft. The best thing for you would be to use the Menu Planner application to have menus generated according to foods you can eat. You can enter through “Apps” (above). There is a video tutorial there that may help, if you wish. |
![]() | Hi, SandyGill. Yes, that’s great. |
![]() | Absolutely!!! I have it all the time for my snack! |
![]() | I found a bagged popcorn called skinny pop. The bag only has popcorn, salt and sunflower oil. It tastes great! Can I use this for a carb exchange? |
![]() | I was not pleased with the 21 day meal plan presented after week 1. I chose to modify with my own choices. However, when I went to move on to week 3 the system still shows week 2 and offers 21 day plan again??? There were too many things that I was allergic to or wouldn’t eat on the 21-day plan. What do I do now to register my week as week 3?? |
![]() | I noticed that there are some of the same vegetables on the free food list vs.the vegetable of my choice list? Which one do I go by? |
![]() | I was going to change my Instant Porridge Oats for Mornflake Organic Oats but the shop only selled Mornflake Oatbran. It seems quite fine a grain but tastes OK is this any good for you |
![]() | Just eat a little bit from each food group and listen to your body. Quit when you start getting full. |
![]() | I am 76 years old and find that the menus want me to eat more than I am used to and find that after breakfast and snack I am full then I have to do lunch. No can do. I have asked before the premise of the diet and ways to lessen the foot intake to make it more possible for me. Ricketyknees |
