Hi, Lisa. Adding milk is fine – just note that if it totals more than 2/3 cup (160 ml) in a day, you should count it as an extra food. Snacks and meals in general should be at similar times each day, but don’t let it drive you too crazy.
I want to add milk to my snacks to use for my tea and coffee. Is this ok, or do snacks have to be eaten at a certain time of day?
