Hi, smsupersuper. It looks like you already have a great program. Cardiovascular can be a good addition or change once in a while if you have been using the current program for a long time – especially if you feel a plateau coming on.

I need to boost my metabolism. I currently walk 30 mins. / day, bicyle 30 mins. / day and lift 5 lbs. weights, 75 reps. on 5 different curls = 375 lifts / day total. Any suggestions? Cardiovascular perhaps?
