Hi, Tjololo. First, rest assured that the entire program here is based on principles of type 2 diabetes.
As far as avoiding meat, do you meat specifically red meat? I ask because your current menus don’t contain any red meat or poultry. If you want to avoid all animal flesh, you can select “vegetarian” in your profile dietary needs (lower right corner).

I have type2 diabetes and do not eat meat so I find the planner a mine field and a little confusing. Is there a place to enter details of dietary requirements without going through the full meal lists. I need to lose 20kgs as soon as possible (and keep it off ) so any help please.
