Hi, dlblee. You can definitely move things around and swap out foods from similar foods groups, between days, etc. As long as you have a good variety of fruits and vegetables and a good source of protein in the morning, and eat the most when you are most active, feel free to make it work for you.

Hi. I am new to the club and have a question. Do you have to strick strictly to the menu. If I don’t feel like that particular meal or snack for that day, can I swop it out for a meal from another day? I understand that you are able to change an item for that meal if you like, but sometimes I don’t want the meal altogether And would prefer a meal from another day. Is that okay?

GMO soy is what is not OK. Organic and fermented or sprouted soy are fine. Non-organic soy almost always means GMO, and that cannot be recommended here. Non-fermented or sprouted soy is less digestible, and should be cooked extensively if eaten in a significant amount.

You say soy is one of the things you should stay away from. Why then on my menu planner is one of the options Vegan yogurt (soy)!
