I agree having meals planned is awesome! I’m all in this program is good I love to eat and six times a day fits me nicely, have been on this program and have already experienced dramatic changes in sugar levels and wt loss. John

Just the opposite! One of the main principles of this program is to balance glucose and insulin. Go for the light-blue options – they are the healthiest.

since i’m new to the program and new to diabetes i was wondering about any foods that are recommended for this ‘change in lifestyle’ that would cause some problems with the diabetes/
