![]() | Go to receipes on the link at top of page and tap “lunches” and then type in the search box “red kidney bean chilli” and a receipe will come up for 4 portions. Corn meal you don’t need in this receipe. |

![]() | I didn’t find a recipe for the meatless chilli so made one up with tinned tomatoes and organic beans eg kidney and chick peas, then fresh onion and red pepper, garlic, salt and pepper, chilli seasoning, cumin powder. It bubbles away nicely for about 30 minutes. I fry up the garlic onion and red pepper in little olive oil first then throw in the beans. I’d then seve it with the cooked polenta and the sour cream and side salad. Hope that helps..good luck |

![]() | Starting diet Monday and trying to get the menu and grocery shopping done. Questions: 1. When the menu just says 4oz chix, i assume that means just cook and season with free seasoning? 2. I had a dinner menu show up that said. ##oz ricotta cheese, ## cups of corn meal. ## oz tuna and ##cup of meatless chili. Please tell me what I am suppose to do with that? Corn Meal? just sprinkle corn meal on the tuna or cheese? 3. Is there a recipe for meatless chili? If so, I can’t find it? I am switching items on that menu… but I’d really like to know what was the intent for the corn meal? How how to make meatless chili? |
