Just started 3 days and have been changing snacks. I don’t eat bkft till 9 am so to hard to get bkft am snack and lunch in so I combine am snack and pm snack to make a smoothie with lots of greens and fruit I have available and yogurt and nuts etc…
Whatever I have to use. Is this OK or not good idea.
