I recommend that you have just one or two eggs in the morning, and substitute for the rest with another protein food, such as 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup of nuts, or 2 ounces of breakfast meat or cheese. You can also tell me here what you like to have in the morning, and I can let you know the portion size recommended. |
