Hi, joycesevere16. Yes, yogurt is a favorite of ours because it supplies calcium and probiotics in addition to protein. However, if you want less, that’s fine, too – you absolutely can swap it for something else if you wish.

good Morning. I am working on week 2, however alot of my menu has yogurt almost 2x a day. Is a particular benefit for it this week, health wise? Just wondering…
