Hi, tamalitta. It will get easier as you stock up on the foods you like and will eat on a regular basis, and get into time-saving methods like repeating meals, cooking ahead, and finding healthy foods that suit you and require less effort. You don’t have to dive in head first or worry about doing things perfectly – just do a little better each time.

So today I dove in! I am a little disappointed as ALL I have done all day is plan meals, cook meals, eat meals and run to the store to get what I didn’t have. Thank goodness I had today off, but I ABSOLUTELY don’t know how I will follow this when I have to work. Does this get any easier???? If not I will not be able to follow it!
