Hi wotherspoon, I suggest that you build a menu using the Personal Menu Planner option. It has many of our tasty recipes 🙂

HOW do I incorporate the recipes into the favorite foods meal plan? I can’t just eat cold cuts as noted in my plan. so many recipes I’m interested in that would be very beneficial to stay on this plan. thank you soooooooo much!

Hi, Pat, and welcome! The intention is indeed for you to eat all the items on the menu. The foods in lighter blues are the healthiest options – that will become relevant when you move onto using the personal version of the Menu Planner application.

I’m a newby! I’m starting tomorrow. Can I really eat all the foods listed on the menu? Some are in dark blue printing and some are in light blue printing. What’s the difference? I’m having a hard time thinking I can eat all this food and lose weight! Thanks!
