![]() | Hi, Pat, and welcome! The intention is indeed for you to eat all the items on the menu. The foods in lighter blues are the healthiest options – that will become relevant when you move onto using the personal version of the Menu Planner application. |
![]() | I’m a newby! I’m starting tomorrow. Can I really eat all the foods listed on the menu? Some are in dark blue printing and some are in light blue printing. What’s the difference? I’m having a hard time thinking I can eat all this food and lose weight! Thanks! |
