![]() | I found there is a list of “free” vegetables that you can have as much as you want. And as for spices (except salt) you are free to. Sauces, like soy sauce, can be high in sodium. Even the “low sodium” you may want to limit the intake. There are articles on the site of what to eat and what not eat and whys but that may be available only if you purchased the “extra” stuff. |

![]() | I just want to compliment whoever put together the menu site. I think it is great and easy to do. One thing, unless I haven’t gotten to it yet (just joined yesterday) is there a list of “free” foods – like seasoning, etc? |
