Hello. I have 2 questions:
1. For the free day in the week, is it only “lunch” that we can eat freely, or the whole menu (for the entire day) eating freely, because is says here: Go crazy once a week! Replace your lunch menu with anything you like, but remember to eat slowly and enjoy your meal. This may come in handy while on vacation or attending an event.
2. For the chicken and steak, are the ounces (weight) after they’ve been cooked, because they change by about an ounce and a half after they have been cooked.

Thanks

Yes, the foods are listed for you to eat all. Generally, it is OK to eat more than one omega-3-rich egg per day, especially if you are not a diabetic, but I absolutely will forward your comment to the program support them.

Am I supposed to eat everything on the menu listed under breakfast or just pick one item? It seems like so much food. Plus is seems strange to have a slice of breakfast pizza and an egg in addition to it.
