![]() | That is great to know. Thank you so much. |
![]() | Hi, karen52. Making your own bread is often the best bet. Note that 1 ounce (28 grams) is one carbohydrate exchange. |
![]() | I have one more question. I was gaining weight eating my homemade multi grain bread. It is a little dense. I find that all the bread in the store has either cottonseed, soybean or corn oil in them. I even looked at the gluten free bread and it has soybean and corn I think. I haven’t checked out the health food stores yet. So I have just cut the bread out of my menus until I can get this figured out. I would like to eat my own. I use applesauce instead of oil. |
![]() | Hi, Karen52. I’m glad it worked out for you. Yes, you absolutely can switch things around. Make the menu your own and make it easy. |
![]() | I figured it out. I just had to play around a bit. |
![]() | I see now what I did I had looked at the 21-day plan and it saved it in my menus so now for week 2 it took me to day 8 of the 21-day menu. Is there a week 23 menu that is from my food choices and if so how do I get there. |
![]() | also I was wondering why there are no trade offs for food in the second week |
![]() | Hello, I was wondering if I could trade a day of my menu plan with a day from feeling lucky plan or even a meal: like Tuesday lunch for Mondays lunch |
