What I learned about the danger of sugar spiking (ie orange juice) is not consistent with the menu plan (eat a peach for a snack) I’m trying to understand your theory in order to really apply it to my life, and although it appears to be a very healthy menu plan, it does not seem to completely make sense to me. |
