| | Hi, jdwoodward. In general, those types of products can be good. Unfortunately, those particular brands use soy that was grown under questionable conditions and they use toxic processing techniques. I would suggest using organic products, and those known to be “hexane-free” (list here: http://cornucopia.org/hexane-guides/hexane_guide_meat_alternatives.html, plus Beyond Meat). |
| | I have often bought the frozen meatless substitute products like: Morningstar Farms crumbles, the breakfast sausage, Bocca burgers, that type of frozen product. Are these OK to substitute for meat? |
