 | Hi, Michoman. In the Menu Planner application, you can choose metric measurements in your profile to have them appear in your menu. They are also given in our exchange lists here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. Many of our recipes have metric units, and we are continuously updating more. |
