Hi, pigfarm1 and welcome. Can you cut and paste an example of a day that meets that description?
It would also help if you can post your gender, height, weight, and weight goal, so we know what your pattern is.

I’m brand new to this. I went through the meal planner and picked my foods. When I clicked on my menu for next week, it looked like they threw together a hodge-podge of food from my planner and put it into one meal. I’m sorry, but a lot of it didn’t make sense to me, and I wouldn’t put certain foods together into one meal.
