Hi, Donna. Yes, the intention is for you to eat all the food. The goal is to boost your metabolism and prevent hunger. As you lose weight, the amounts will go down as well, to prevent weight loss plateaus.

Hi, I would like to ask a question re: the menu, because I have seen about the amount of food I have to eat. Do I have to eat all the food that is on the list or part of it?
