| | Hi, anubhavmann. That really depends on your schedule – when you rise in the morning, exercise, work, and retire for the night. We recommend to eat something every 2-3 hours you are awake. Most people have breakfast around 7 or 8 am, snack at 10 am, lunch at 12 or 1 pm, snack at 3 or 4 pm, dinner at 6 or 7 pm, and final snack at around 9 or 10 pm. |
