I recommend that you use the personal version of the Menu Planner application, so that you can select the specific foods to into each meal – you can get to that area by clicking on “My Food Choices” in the toolbar above your current menu. There you will be guided to make optimal food choices by our color-coding system wherein the healthiest foods are listed in the lighter blue shades. If you upgrade at your own pace, you can’t go wrong. |
![]() | I have the same issue at times. And I also won’t eat some of the menu items (cured pork, etc. for breakfast). I just assume to substitute another protein for that item – is that correct? Eggs aren’t offered as a sub, but can I eat it as one for a meat? |
![]() | For various reasons I find it difficult to follow some of the menus given me. (time, supplies, cooking for myself and a husband who has his own ideas on food, avoiding food wastage which upset me a great deal) How can I find a list of nutritional values that I need each day, so I can substitute food at will.
