I put in for gluten free and the diet is awesome you get so much food and feel 100 times better in 3 days.
you can see that it will be all sugar substitutes and the recipe’s are great too. I made butternut squash muffins today. with a tiny bit of coconut sugar on top yum

Hi, smdean88. This entire program is low-carb, even the non-keto route.

Diabetic here! I was hoping there would be a specific low carb diet, but not keto. Keto makes my sugars plummet and makes me sick. If I follow the low sugar diet, will that translate into a type of low carb diet?
