Hi, kimmoss. Low GI breads can be wonderful – do pay attention to the label to make sure thier are no undesirable additives (extra sugar, hydrogenated fats) and since soy is usually an ingredient, try to get an organic type to avoid genetically-modified soy.

Can I eat low GI bread on this diet as I don’t think we get SWG bread in South Africa – never seen it in the shops.
