Hi, Shirley. If the coconut milk is the beverage type, rather than the canned type for cooking, what you posted is excellent as a breakfast. If you want it for a snack, then 2/3 would be a good fit (unless you have smaller meals elsewhere). We would definitely not want you to give up such a healthy thing that you love!

1c.Kale, 1c.Spinache,2Tbsp.Greek yogurt,1/2c. each of Blueberries/Raspberries& a kiwi,1Tbsp.Flax seed,& 2c. Coconut milk. This is my shake, but is it too much for my trim down diet. It’s not on my diet plan but I feel so good after I drink this. Do I have to reduce this or give it up to be on this plan???
Some help or advice Please!!
