To use recipes in your menu, just compare the exchanges listed at the end of the recipe to those listed for your menu – you can see them by clicking on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your menu. Another option is to try the right-most Menu Planner option (the personal version), and select from the recipes included in the food lists to go in your menu. |
![]() | Began a couple of weeks ago. Was testing the waters. Picked the middle plan. Followed some menus but have mot completely finished the weeks my profile says I have.Then I thougt about doing the 60 day challenge but then I wondered how to do a plan with recipees. So now I am confused. Do I follow all three plans in a row? How do I know which to Choose? Does choosing recipes fit in with the daily mwnu of breakfast/lunch etc? If so how? I liked the exercize forum also . Can I only access it if I do the 60 day plan? Can I change the data I already entered or do I have to start from scratch? Help please! |
