Loose Stools

![]() | Hi, judysan. Probiotics may be a good way to go here, as may a trial period of reducing dairy. If the situation doesn’t improve, I would suggest a work up by a healthcare professional. |
![]() | Thanks Ossie-More frequent and a few different whole grains, but actually less wheat or wheat flour anyway, and possibly more dairy or at least drinking more milk. I’ve never noticed wheat or dairy to be a problem for me before that way. I am vegetarian with sometimes chicken or fish and a gourmet organic cook who loves variety, so have always used lots of veggies, and made pretty wholesome meals. I had work done on a tooth in mid August and was given a course of strong antibiotics for it, but ate yogurt daily after. Maybe a contributor? I bought probiotics yesterday to try. Otherwise, not sure. |
![]() | Hi, judysan. Some users have noted gas and bloating from the dramatic increase in fiber, but your problem hasn’t yet been reported here. Have you been using new types of foods? Perhaps more wheat or dairy that you have in the past? |
![]() | Hi-I have been faithfully following the diet for 9 days, and have found I have gotten progressively looser and watery stools. Is this normal? |
