Just go for unprocessed, whole foods (i.e. 100% whole grain bread), low-fat, good fats, and high-fiber – combined with portion control, of course – and you will benefit from the main principles of the diet.

Excited as I am to follow this, I battle to find much in the food list that I know as well as what is to be found in Spain. Would not even know how to translate SWG in Spanish. I also am on the road most of the day to see customers. I think I will have to cook over weekends to be able to do this. Any suggestions?
