The most important points are to eat fresh, unprocessed food as much as possible, and to watch portion size. If you can throw some daily physical activity in the mix, you should have nothing to worry about.

Hi,
I just joined and upon reviewing the menus and food guides I realized I can’t get most of the things listed. I just don’t see how I can do this without using raw sugar and the local version of whole wheat bread. Fruits aren’t a problem for the most part nor are the veggies. But getting any kind of flour other than regular where I am is not going to happen.

Any suggestions? Or just continue as I have been. Thanks,
