Do I divide this by my three meals and snacks?

Hi, Jen. At your current weight, they would be about 250 grams of carbohydrates, and at least 105 grams of protein and 85 grams of fat.

Hi, CathiJ. No, they are dependent upon the individual’s height etc. provided at registration. Yours are as follows (in grams):
Protein Carb Fat
Breakfast 13 60 10
Morning Snack 10 30 5
Lunch 28 25 20
Afternoon Snack 12 20 5
Dinner 29 35 20
Evening Snack 10 15 10

Are the amounts of protein, carbs, and fats for each meal and snack the same for everyone?

Hi, Doris. Animal products and produce are raw, grain products and legumes are cooked.
