A Lara Bar provides an average of 1 1/2-2 carbs, 1/2-1 protein, and 2 fat exchanges – that is about the same as 2 slices of bread or a cup of prepared cereal, with a container of yogurt, with 2 tsp.s of oil or generous slices of avocado. It would be a good snack, but I would suggest to drink a glass of water with it, since it is quite concentrated.

Love these bars (apple) and the simple ingredients they are made with. Wondering if I can fit this into my meal/snack plan somehow?
