First, choose the leanest lamb you can find (it tends to be rather high in fat, and that is the reason it does not appear in the Menu Planner). Second, substitute for something similar – in this case, pork or regular beef. If you want suggestions for other foods, you can post here, and we will get back to you.

In designing the daily menu how does one include foods that are not on the choice screens, for example lamb?
