There are a variety of non-dairy milks and substitutes in grocery stores, especially those that are health-oriented. Many of these are from soy (important to get only organic), rice, oat, and almond.

Hi,
Just started with the club,but I have a problem with many of the recepies- I cannot eat any milk products. Does anybody have a good idea what could I use instead?
