![]() | Does anyone in this forum suffer from lactose intolerance like me? How do you deal with it? Do you follow a lactose-free diet or take lactose enzyme tablets? Just thought I’d ask, because looking at the recipes in the cookbook, I see where lots of dairy products are called for. I was considering using butter, egg, mayonnaise substitutes, but is that wise considering all the hoopla about sticking with the real deal. Oh, yeah, what about using sugar substitutes like stevia or agave nectar? Are those okay or what? |
