 Midgecardigan 9 years ago | I don’t know whether this is available in the USA but in the uk I get a yoghurt made with coconut milk called Koyo. I is delicious and has added calcium and vitamin D.
Just add fruit and nuts and you have a delicious alternative. ENJOY!
