![]() | So when working on my menu and looking at the diary, I can have some kinds that don’t upset my stomach. I also drink lactose free milk. Do I just click milk- as there is not a lactose free option, and know to substitute what works for me? I am drinking a 2% lactose free. I hope this is a good option. Let me know any other recommendations for a milk substitute. |
