Is there a daily recommended intake? Also, when is the best times of the day to drink it? Do I need to take a break from drinking it ever so often? |

![]() | Sharon, I’ve just started making kefir water. I’m planning on drinking it first thing in the mornings and some in the evenings. I have been drinking 6 ozs water first thing in the mornings with fresh squeezed lemon juice. Could I squeeze the lemon into the kefir water or would that alter either’s benefits? |
