I’m just starting the program and the challenge. Day one was nothing but research and eating. It will take some planning to fit in all the snacking. Overall the day went quite well. I’m going to start by limiting my food list for a couple of weeks while I become aquatinted with with this lifestyle change. I did notice a boost in energy already, not as tired after my daily walk. I’m planning on success!
