I have researched and prayed for a very long time and THIS seems to be the most logical, sensible, effective, life-long friendly program I have found. ![]() | I am just starting also. I have not set up the menu planner yet. I am doing the 14 day start up. I do have a question. If you do not have (or like) an item, can you substitute a like-item from one of the other days? In other words, can you duplicate an item? Thanks. |
