![]() | Wow! There is a lot to learn, it is a little over whelming. Some of these foods I have never heard of. Being the southern girl I am, I am used to carbs, like mac&cheese, potatoes, cornbread, biscuits, pancakes, I could go on and on. I have an outrageous sweet tooth. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I basically will have to learn a new eating pattern. Since my health is my top reason for losing weight and getting fit, that is a great incentive to work hard. |
