![]() | Here I go again, not knowing what lemon curd is all about? Is this easy to find? Jean Ann Dimick |
![]() | I have to admit, I sort of quit because of all of the strange foods recommended. I think I’ll try again, as it looks like some of you are being successful. jeaner2011 |
![]() | Hi everyone. Sorry, the last time I was on I forgot to post my name. I am Ann, and I live in Leesburg, VA. I am the one who posted about losing 3lbs in a week. There is so much to tell, but I was so excited this morning when I woke up and checked the scale. I lost an additional 2lbs from Sunday to today (Wednesday morning). I can’t believe it! And yes, I am a regular person who had been trying to lose some lbs and just didn’t find that other programs were really appealing or worked until I found this site. I gained weight (particularly around the belly) after the birth of my daughter. She is 4 years old and last year, I had to be put on a sleep apnea machine and developed hypertension. I wasn’t exercising and though, I thought I was eating healthy foods, this program was a true eye-opener for me. I am really trying to lose at least 10lbs so that I can be reassessed to see if I can get off my machine and stop taking medication for hypertension. This diet is just so healthy that I am seeing lower blood pressure levels already. I LOVE it because it takes such a balanced approach and really gets you to understand what is going on with your body. Finally, a program that is working. Also, for the person who wanted to ask for their money back, I totally understand the feeling. The first day was hard. I used my meal planner at first then switched to the 14 day express meal and have done a LOT of substitutions because some items do not appeal to me. I went to the grocery store on Sunday armed with my list, read the labels carefully and just bought fruit that was in season (like the program explained) and other food items that I knew I would like. Okay, that’s enough. I’m just so excited that I can’t stop talking about this program. Thank you! Thank you! |

![]() | Where did you find the 14 day meal plan? |
![]() | I was about to ask for my money back until i read this post. Thanks i will give it another try. |
![]() | Hi everyone. I started this program last Sunday. It’s been a week and I have already lost 3 lbs, and I didn’t even have all the ingredients at home recommended in the program to follow it strictly. For example, don’t have almonds but used walnuts all week where nuts was required. I couldn’t believe it: I actually lost the 3 lbs by the second day (Tuesday) and kept it off for the whole week through this diet. This is wonderful! With regard to the small serving size yielded by the menu planner, I found the same thing. The first day was extremely hard. I was sooooo hungry. Then, I looked through the express 14 day meal planner and noticed that the serving size was more manageable, and the combinations made sense. My personal menu had me eating a cup of tomato sauce for breakfast? Who does that for breakfast? or who does that at all anyway? So, I switched to the 14 day on the second day and now, it works just fine. When I start to feel hungry (of course after the 20 minutes have long gone by since my previous meal), I grab some fruit and nuts. I can see my belly fat decreasing already and I feel much better on a whole. I will say that I also do run on the thread mill at least 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Had been doing that prior to this program, and I had been eating “healthy” before this but as the program shows, you could think you’re eating healthy and still gain weight and not see results. So far, I’m thoroughly pleased and think that this program is the first one that has really put everything in perspective for me and made sense. It’s about the right natural foods at the right time. Thank you so much! I’m loving it! |
![]() | The menu is a basis. In the example you gave, you can cook the oats and eat the oatmeal with milk, or sprinkle the oats on yogurt – see also our oat-based recipe. |
![]() | I used the menu planner with items I checked as liking. The menu was not very good. It doesn’t allow you to eat very much. I thought this diet wasn’t about counting calories. I’m not sure what to do with 2tbls of raw oats and an egg? Thanks |
![]() | There are no stupid questions! Better to be safe than disappointed with lesser results. |
![]() | Hi my name is Laura…I started yesterday. I have a few questions.. where can i find all the foods that or on here?.. for ex the breads and wraps. i found the crackers at the whole foods store… and the raw milk i know you have to get from a farm. i just don’t have the time to do that. can i drink 0% fat milk or like the 1%… another question. It will tell me how much to eat but does it matter how i cook it… do i bake everything? do i just use salt and pepper? or am i allowed to use condiments? … maybe these are stupid questions but i don’t want to think I’m doing this right when I’m not.. Thank you for taking the time to read =D |
![]() | I have forwarded your question to our technicians. We are continuously working to optimize the menu planner. |
![]() | Where is my daily diet ideas and can I change an item? It seems like repetition, no meat, fish, chicken.. |
