Hi, nkscott. This program doesn’t work with calories, but we can provide you with information on major nutrients for your particular menu pattern. At your current weight level, the system recommends for you 117 grams of protein, 195 grams of carbohydrate, and 90 grams of fat. These amounts will decrease as you lose weight – which is why it is important to update your weight in your profile and regenerate your menus with each substantial loss.
To figure out these amounts yourself, click on the “Exchange mode” icon in the toolbar above your menu, then compare the total exchanges at the bottom to the following approximate values:
1 carbohydrate exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 3 grams of protein
1 protein exchange = 7 grams of protein + up to 5 grams of fat
1 fat exchange = 5 grams of fat
1 fruit exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates
1 vegetable exchange = 5 grams of carbohydrates + up to 2 grams of protein
1 sweet exchange = up to 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 5 grams of fat
1 free exchange = up to 5 grams of carbohydrates or up to 2 grams of protein or fat

I am looking for the page that told me how many calories, protein, etc. to eat each day. Can someone help with that?
