![]() | I just joined and am looking forward to trying some of these recipes that sound delicious and meeting others who enjoy discussing nutrition and healthy organic foods. I became a vegetarian five years ago, but still occasionally eat fish like wild caught salmon. Early in my transition to becoming a vegetarian, I was a vegan for nearly a year and enjoyed lots of new, interesting foods. Eating healthy has become a priority in my life and I have enjoyed studying and practicing good nutrition for the past five years. |
![]() | I just went onto the forums and ticked off the ones I thought would interest me. I hope you find some to link in to. |
![]() | I am new also. Signed up several weeks ago, but had surgery so wondered how do I sign up for groups. |
![]() | I’m new too, I live in the UK so some of the essential ingredients take some sourcing here, so far I’ve ordered SWG bread on line from Amazon and various types of flour nuts etc e.g. coconut flour. I’ve just checked out chickpea flour and some other stuff from Holland & Barratt, they’ve got a sale on, so a good time to buy. I don’t think that I’ll be able to really get ‘the show on the road’ properly for 10 days as I’m away at a conference next week. There is a great deal of info to get through and the menus are a total new approach to planning meals but I hope to loose the weight and maintain so I’ll do what’s necessary. This weight is killing me!! |
![]() | Welcome crabcake2840, Thanks for posting! Please note, there is no time limit with regards to how long you spend on each week. You can take your time, and go at your own pace. Once you complete a week it will automatically unlock the next week, but you can remain in the week you are on, and also return to previous weeks should you wish. Hope this helps. If you have any questions, please let us know. To your success 🙂 |
![]() | I just signed up, wanted to be able to read up and get familiar with the program, make out my shopping list etc. but didn’t actually want to start until the weekend or Monday, a week from now……I know that will only give me 7 weeks to see if I am satisfied but can I do that and not mess up the record keeping of my first week? |
