| | Hi, Penn1e, and welcome! It is normal to feel overwhelmed so don’t worry. Just ease into the plan and do the best you can – remember, as long as you do things here and there that are better than you did before, it will add up. So yes, if you find lean meats, you are already ahead of the game! |
| | I just got married 2 months ago—-and my husband and I have been together for a total of 4 years this past Thursday. I maintained what I thought to be a reasonable weight the first 8 months of our relationship….which was still overweight but I was happy. He is 6 foot 4 and weighs 160 pounds. I was 188 when I met him at 5″5—but now I am 263 pounds. I know that we both got comfortable and I started eating his foods. We want to have children and I don’t feel comfortable in my own body let alone having one—-I don’t want to give up on the first day but am definitely feeling overwhelmed in the food planning. I don’t have a lot of access to grass fed or organic meats—-if I choose lean meats in the meantime, well I still see results? Also, the menu seems a bit much for food intake—if I don’t eat all in each category on the planned menu, will that also compromise the fat burning? Thank you for any help you can provide. |
