Juicing is fine if only a few times per week – we of course prefer the whole fruit. You can substitute 1/2 cup of the juice for a serving of fruit.
To benefit from the whole fruit, see if you can use the pulp in something, like homemade bread or muffins.

Hi I just joined yesterday. I am wondering how juicing fits into this program. I have an Omega masserating juicer and we really enjoy green juice several days a week before dinner. Abount once a week wee also love carrot juice (organic of course) with a geen apple and wedge of lemon in the mix. Please advise.
