Hi, Beth. Some people report results with drinking tomato juice with olive oil, coffee, or old-fashioned prune juice. In addition, physical activity can help, as may acupuncture and/or acupressure.

I thought eating 4 veggies, whole grains and 2-3 fruits a day would eliminate this problem, but I still am having issues. I drink a lot of water each day, too. Anything I can add to my diet to help get me regular.
