Hi, delmar92. All the recipes with beef, beets, and deep green leafy vegetables (i.e., spinach) are good sources of iron. She should be sure to eat these separately from dairy products to ensure absorption.

Hi what recipes would lift iron levels as my wife’s had been diagnosed as be low
