![]() | For my age I don’t appear particularly fat but I have surplus fat. We have got so used as a society to seeing obesity that we forgive the amount of fat which when I was a child in the 60s we would have described as a fat kid at school. Probably only one per year. I work very long hard days as a heating engineer and very many days, and evenings. I was interested to see this program pretty well describes eating behaviour I already aim at. It was of great interest to me about green T since starting with it around 6 months ago I have lost a notch on my belt. I think this was the only change for that period. I always repel processed foods and fast foods as a matter of course and have eaten butter and olive oil in place of margarine and sunflower oil for many years now. I snack on nuts in the van between jobs and whole fruit. I am not always strong enough to refuse biscuits from customers but I had better change that. I am not exactly in control of my diet as my wife is, but I can adopt a lot of what is suggested here and many get some changes made at home in time. My main dislike of what my lovely wife’s latest idea is, is to get her off soya mince and back onto cow. I have to be careful feelings aren’t hurt. All our married life since 1980 I have avoided trying to challenge her roll as decision maker in the kitchen. But certainly already the program has shown me the food choices I am living by already are affirmed. Glad to have paid to find out I am on the right lines. |
