 mkaye56 11 years ago | Hi, I’m new here and just thought I’d post why I joined. I have type 2 diabetes and really need help with healthier eating habits, as well as losing weight. I’ve tried lots of diets that never worked or were only short term success. Learning what to eat and portion control is the only thing that makes sense to me. It’s a whole life style change, not a diet. It looks like I may get the support I need here. It’s a lot to take, but here’s hoping for success. |
